I have been from up board so I didn't get certificate of migration...would it create any problem further?

if you go to a college from a different state you will need a migration certificate as a compulsory document. example if you go to study in any other stte except UP, you require migration certificate.
pls go to your school and ask them to give you one as soon as possible. you can give an undertaking meanwhile for securing admission in colleges.
