Yes your query is about gate exam ..So as per eligible criteria ..

Yes you are eligible for gate exam ..if you clear your all backlog before counselling of gate exam ..

Ad per eligibility criteria for gate exam .....candidates who are in final year of b.tech or already completed their b.tech are eligible for gate exam ..
