No, your EWS certificate will not be eligible for JEE advance registration. The information brochure clearly mentioned that your EWS certificate should be issued on or after 1st April 2022 with the latest guidelines of Govt. of India. You can check this here - https://jeeadv.ac.in/documents/IB-2022-Hindi.pdf
