With this marks you will get average colleges.But as you have mentioned you want admission in Aerospace Engineering their cutoffs are very low.There are 2 colleges that offer Aeronautical engineering, one is PCE (Nagpur) and the other is ADCET (Sangli). It is quite easy to get into both of them, but I personally won't recommend these colleges if you need a good placement and a secure career.Placement are not good in these college.For branch like CSE and IT It may be possible that you can get the 2nd campus of the top colleges. Main one wont be possible. You can opt for management seat if you want to get into the top colleges or you can join some average college via counselling.
