I have not opted computers in class 12th but I want to pursue computer science engineering or electronics and communication engineering

Don't worry charvi, prerequisite knowlede is not needed for cs. They will teach u from scratch in the first year itself

You shouldn't do anything .....
Just give exam srmjee , score good marks and do counselling and apply for CSE and ECE

For getting any CSE in any college you may not require any knowledge of computer(even if you didnt studied computer in 11 and 12).When you will start your 4 year engineering couse they will teach you every thing from the very beginning. Its like teaching abcd of computer.Many of my friends had biology in 12 but they are now doing CSE and they are doing it very well.

if u want computer science u can go for it because 1st year study of btech cs is all about class 11th and 12th computer subject so all the best
in category c 3.5 lacs
and in category b it's not possible because my rank is not under the cut off
