You can appear for JEE Advanced 2021, assuming you are from General Category and had passed Class XIIth in the year 2020. But as far as the qualification is concerned you may have to reappear for JEE Mains in 2021 as the JEE Main 2020 score will no longer be valid.

In jee mains the maximum number of attempts allowed are three. You first attempt is counted as over in the year that you have passed your class 12th. After that you can maximum find into two attempts in next consecutive years.
So, you must mention your class 12th passing year.
Now, as you haven't mentioned your class 12th passing year, so i am assuming that you have passed your class 12th in 2020, that is, this year, and you have given jee mains 2020, then you have still 2 attempts left for jee mains that is JEE mains 2021 and JEE mains 2022.
Now, in JEE advanced you can give maximum up to two attempts and these two attempts are counted from your class 12th passing year.
That means you can give jee advanced exam in your class 12th passing year and the next consecutive year. And it also doesn't matter that whether you have given JEE advanced or not your attempt will be counted as over.
And for giving jee advanced in 2021 you have to again qualify jee mains 2021, then only you will become eligible to give jee advanced 2021. You cannot give jee advanced 2021 on the basis of your jee mains 2020 qualification.
So, even if you have qualified jee main 2020 and have still one more attempt left for jee advanced ( i.e your class 12th passing yaar is 2020 ), then yes, you can give jee advanced 2021.
No, you cannot appear for JEE Advanced 2021 on basis of JEE Main 2020 score. You need to qualify in JEE Main 2021 to be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced in 2021. JEE Main score is valid for that particular year only. You can appear for JEE Advanced for two consecutive years only. So by this you can certainly not appear for JEE Advanced 2021 with JEE Main 2020 score.
