I have scored 64% in 12 th from arts stream and in english I have scored 52 so I am eligible to apply in Delhi university

Yes you are eligible to apply in delhi university. But you don't get any good college infact you do not get an average college in 64%... DU have lots of college and it's depend on the merit base... But du cut off are very high this year..... So you do not get college of your choice..... Hope you get your answer....
