I passed 12th in the year 2019.I haven't drop the year, I was into a different University. Now I want to take admission in DU. I have withdrawed my admission from the previous university. what do I have write in the affidavit if neede?

In the affidavit, you will have to mention the tenure you had spent in your previous college and write name of the course you were enrolled in and the reason why you are dropping out from the college. Also state that you weren't doing anything illegal or anti-national. Also, add an affirmation that every statement stated in the affidavit is authentic and everything stated is true to the best of your knowledge.
