i scored 78%,95%,90%,90% in my high school.i scored 1550 in sat.i feel like my high school grades are not so good.i have a little bit of extra cirricular activities.i didn't qualify for exams like kvpy,ntse,iit etc.so how are my chances of getting into Carnegie Melon university for undergraduation??

Well the grades are decent enough. Also the sat score is really good. Focus on framing a very strong motivation letter and answer the questions with complete honesty and integrity. Also try to get good recommendation letter from your academic counselor and then you will be good to go.
