I secured a rank of 1.08 lakh in JEE Mains 2024. Can I get CS or IT brach in OUTR Bhubaneswar or VSSUT? I have OBC certificate but my permanent address is from Bihar state, though I have passed my 10th and 12th from Odisha. Is there any chance?
