Hope you are doing well.

After completing your school, do your graduation in whichever subject you want and after that start preparing for UPSC.

You can take guidance or coaching institute and other ways.

Hi Megha,
To become an IAS officer any degree is sufficient. The other requirements are
You must be a citizen of India
Age limit is between 21 years and maximum 30 years.
You can get all the information about the civil service exam from this link
https://upsc.gov.in/

UPSC exam has 3 stages
First one is Prelims, second stage is Mains and the third stage is Interview or personality test. A candidate has to clear all the 3 stages for becoming a civil servant.
