I want to know that i have secured 81 upsee rank of upsee 2019 exam,eligible for scholarship if yes,how much and which college is best??

as you have mentioned that you should, you have secured rank 81 in upsee2019 which is great .
with this rank you can easily get admission in almost any college(considering all round of counseling
)which take admission through the upsee exam.
however, you are asking for a scholarship, so let me tell you that you will not get a scholarship on the basis of this rank.
the eligibility criteria for the scholarship is different for both the centeral government schemes and state government schemes.
