as you have mentioned that you should, you have secured rank 81 in upsee2019 which is great .

with this rank you can easily get admission in almost any college(considering all round of counseling

)which take admission through the upsee exam.

however, you are asking for a scholarship, so let me tell you that you will not get a scholarship on the basis of this rank.

the eligibility criteria for the scholarship is different for both the centeral government schemes and state government schemes.
