Hello,
Incase of indian airforce. there are basically three branches that is flying, technical and ground duty. For this you will have to write AFCAT and EKT. Flying branch is further divided into three categories that is fighter, helicopter and transport. Technical branch has all divisions as per the branches in engineering. Ground duty is for all domains like meterology, navigation, ATC, Fighter controller, logistics, education, commerce department, medical etc
