I wanted to know that if i have already paid the SEAT ACCEPTANCE FEES for a seat in the NITs JOSSA and i further want to apply in CSAB councelling for some better branches..thn do i need to pay the seat ACCEPTANCE FEES all over again( Rs 35000 approx)!!If yes thn will i get the refund of JOSSA fee

Yes you will have to pay the fee in both the counselling. If you paid your seat acceptance fee for NIT in JoSAA and would like to participate in CSAB special round then you will have to pay the fee again here.
Yes your total fee will be adjusted into the college fee which you will join after this.
