If applied for both ews and tfws schemes which rank will be taken into consideration for engineering admissions?? Please reply fast

As per my knowledge ews category will be applied off. Ews is for economically backward student irrespective of their rank whereas tfws scheme is turion fee waiver for merit students where the fees will be reduced to certain amount. Therefore ews category will be applicable and fees will be lowered comparatively more than tfws scheme.
