Sir, If I chose 'surrender and participate in next round' then the previous alloted seat will also be taken into consideration or not

Hello there. If you have surrender and participate in next round then your seat in first round will be considered to be vacant as if no body has been allotted that seat and that will be available in next round of counseling.

I don't want that seat again in next round. I mistakenly added this choice too above than it it should have been. I am pretty sure that if I appear for second round then also I am going to get this seat only. So is there any option to remove this choice. Or if I surrender then this choice will be removed from my list or not
