if I don't know anything about painting and doesn't a good painter/artist but have interest in it is there any college who provides painting courses for begginers

If you are keenly interested in painting and art then you can go for painting and art college located all over across India.Some good college for art and painting are Bishwa Bharati,Rabindra Bharati University,College of Arts(Delhi),LPU offers courses in art also as well as other engineering fields.Parul University and MSU University are also great in vadodara for practising art and painting.
