If I get college in 2nd round so after that it can be upgraded or not further??

Please Elaborate your Question. Are you asking for NEET Counselling? Or JosAA Counselling? Or any Other?
If I talk about NEET-UG Counselling then if you got a Seat in Round 2 then you are not eligible for further Upgradation. If you are also Participating in State Counselling in Parallel then you got the seat in State Quota then you can take exit from All India Counselling Round 2 within 2 days but after 2 days you are not allowed to even Exit and you will not be eligible for further Counselling processes, not even for State So after 2 days it's mandatory to join allotted College of Round 2 as per rules and further Upgradation is not allowed.
