If I have got seat under tuition fee waiver in first round in mp dte councelling and I want to upgrade my branch then ,,can am i upgrade my branch even in upgrade 1 or 2 or in round 2 ,even if I have seat under TFW quota ...Remember I know that TFW seat can't be changed in internal branch change...

If you are applying TFW quota for any counselling you should know that it will decrease your tution fees.
If you get a college in 1st round in TFW category then very good you should join it. But if you upgrade your college then go for 2nd round counselling.
If you didn't get a college in 2nd round counselling don't worry, you go for your 1st counselling selecting college. But if you get a new college in 2nd phase then your 1st college will be cancel.
