if i will choose float option in upsee frst round counselling then if i get another college in second round do i pay 20 thousand again in second round?

Hello Anchal,

No, you don't have to pay the counselling fees of Rs 20000 again for the second round if you choose Float option in the 1st round.

If you are not satisfied with the college/branch allotted to you in the 1st round, and you aspire for a better seat, then you choose Float option. Choosing Float Option in 1st round can get you better colleges during the subsequent rounds. However, in this case, you lose the seat which was allotted to you previously. Therefore, fill the choices very carefully.

After you Freeze a college at any stage during counselling, the remaining amount from 20000 is refunded, after deduction at each round.
