If you are in class 12th right now then you will be appearing for 12th board examination 2022 and thus you will be eligible for JEE main 2022. And will be also eligible for jee main 2023 , 2024 . So, you can appear in them too.

But yes,
To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category. For only this year i. e 2021 this minimum percentage requirement of 75% - 65 % was lifted off.
