I'm polytechnic student from electrical branch can I get BIET JHANSI or iet Lucknow if my marks is (110/400)in paper 8 uptu leet .

Hello,
you have chances in BIET as it has high cutoff rank range as compared to IET. IET has low rank cutoff for general and other courses like lateral or management courses.
Better to apply for BIET, FGIET and for other private colleges for security purpose.
there is not paper wise cutoff given so it hard to tell you the cutoff.
