I'm unable to receive otp on my contact number , I tried it from another mobile phones but it's not helping me out . what can I do , it's my last date of submission , what can I do

So, with regard to your question, you had mentioned that you are not receiving any OTP to your mobile numbers, then you can try with the Gmail Id instead. Even if you don't get it still then you can contact the authorities.
In your question you did not mention about the application or exam about which you are talking about, if you could mention, then I will be able to provide the contact number of those respective authorities.
