In Gate 2018 form I choose my category as OBC but I dont have OBC certificate.During the admission will my General rank consider ?

As far as I know this is a common mistake that many candidates do. This doesn't merit disqualification. I think they should consider the general rank. This is a genuine mistake that you made.
