Dear student,
The compulsory 75% criteria was removed in jee mains for admission to iit/nit/gfti/iiit for the year 2020 and 2021 due to the covid pandemic situation in the country. If the situation gets bacl to normal till next year then it is expected that this criteria will be again made compulsory. However we cannot predict anything right now. But as per the authorities the 75% criteria has been removed so that students do not miss any opportunities amid the pandemic and have a bright future. But there is no such criteria to ve eligible for jee mains, even if you do not score 75% then also you can appear for jee mains and take admission in other Institutes.

Hi

First of all there is no percentage barrier of 75 % to be eligible for JEE Mains or any other percentage.

For reference,

Eligibility criteria says that:-

-) Qualification required :- to be eligible  for JEE mains  for BE or Btech you need 10+2/equivalent qualification with Physics,  mathematics and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject.

-) Passing year :- one is eligible for JEE main examination for consecutive three years starting from the year of appearing for 12th /equivalent examination i. e to be eligible  for JEE mains 2021 you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent  in 2021 or should have passed it in 2020 or 2019

-) There is no age limit to be eligible

-) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Mains, you just need to have passed your 12th

But yes,

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category or or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category. * Follow a routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and religiously follow it and try to give at least 7- 8 hours to study each day in your routine.

.     -)PHYSICS is the  toughest part for most of the aspirants  as it has both numericals and concepts to deal with , so keep at least 3 hours each day for Physics.
