Is aerospace in iiest shivpur improving?will it be right if I take aerospace there(as I'm 2year dropper,so I have only option-shivpur)?

Let me help you.
The Aerospace department at IIEST Shivpur was started just a few years back. So infrastructure wise this department is still not as god as other departments of IIEST like EE, CST(CS) or ME. Also companies offering core job for Aerospace Engineering do not visit the Institute for recruitment yet.
But the positive point is that the department enjoys very close relationship with IIT Kanpur Aerospace Engineering dept. and all the students here can acces the labs and workshops of IITK.
