- You can also observe that the NEET Exam has 180 questions from Physics Chemistry and Zoology and Botany and so has AIIMS.

However, In AIIMS, it 200 Question in which 180 questions from Physics Chemistry and Zoology and Botany and 10 questions from current affairs, as well as 10 for general Problem, solving, etc.

But the base is the same, thus the majority of questions are from the same fields.

Therefore on a question base, the AIIMS and the NEET are not so different after all.
