Both have good scope. It depends on your interest and calibre.
If we compare the both the course then IAS has good scope in the future then IITian. I t will give you the power in the administrative department of the government of India. An IAS is a appointed by the president to the state government of a state.
You should also analyse your strength and weakness before taking a decision. You should choose the job in which you are more comfortable.

You can decide iit now after u can prepare for ias.

But I think it's totally a time waste, firstly we put our efforts on studying for jee. And after clearing. UPSC. It can just messed us.
