If you are preparing for anything whether it is NEET/JEE or any other Exam.Social media is one of the distracting thing that make you distract from your studies.It is good to use it for your study purpose if you need any kind of help from it you can use it but not for unneccessary thing.if i talk about having conversation with some you don't have to have a long conversation with anyone.you can have a conversation only for study purpose if you need any kind of help from someone.otherwise social mediais nothing,apart from wastage of time.

now a days soial media is a very common thing in our daily life. it is as useful but it has some bad effects also. see there are a lot of groups for doubt clearing in social media which are really helpful when are you preparing for examinations. but too much addiction is really bad. and it can harmful for your studies. if you have joined this groups and you  are really getting some help there than you can follow.

but make a schedule when you will have to spent time.  unless it is good to have conversion with your mentors or seniors inspite of using social media.

If not absolutely necessary I would not recommend you to use social networking as a measure to relax because conversation with near and dear ones last longer and also has a deep impact on mind. However, if you are feeling stressed or mood is depressed it’s better to share and talk with your closed ones.
