Is the counselling fees of bits included in the total fee structure or it is separate?

Hi there,
The candidates appearing for BITSAT exam has to register for BITS councelling which is needed for shortlisting the candidates.
The 1000 rupees fees for the councelling is excluded of the total fees, admissio is done with various stages with exam and councelling and final seat allotment.
