According to the UPSEE 2018 SC category cutoff , you can definitely get KNIT, Sultanpur, BIET, Jhansi or IET, Lucknow.

You can certainly get the CSE branch in KNIT and BIET but you will not be able to get CSE, Electrical and Mechanical branch in IET, Lucknow.

I would suggest you take CSE branch in KNIT or BIET which you will get after Round 1 or Round 2.
