Mains have total 9 exams, right? how many days does it take to complete all exams of mains and what are all the papers in mains? can you explain them in detail!

If I am not wrong, you are referring to UPSC. So yes UPSC has 9 papers in mains, out of which first two are qualifying while rest are counted for merit which are known as GS paper. It takes 5-7 days for completion of mains exam.
- Paper 1: Qualifying (1 Indian Language)
- Paper 2: Qualifying (English language)
- Paper 3: Essay
- Paper 4: History, geography, society, Indian heritage and culture
- Paper 5: Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social Justice and International relations
- Paper 6: Technology, Economic Development, Bio-diversity, Environment, Security and Disaster Management
- Paper 7: Ethics, Integrity and Aptitude
- Paper 8: Optional Subject Paper 1
- Paper 9: Optional Subject Paper 2
Each of the qualifying paper is of 300 marks and all the merit paper are 250 each making it total of 1750. And the personality test is of 275 marks. The total marks are 2025.
