My 10th and 12th percentage is 71.40 and 56 and i got 7.5 cgpa in my graduation can i get admission in top iims or top 10 colleges?
The answer to the first part is no. You have a very very remote chance of getting in to the top IIMs. The answer to the second part is YES. You can get in the top 10 colleges provided you do well in the entrance exams. The colleges you can target are FMS, XLRI, SPJain, MDI, NITIE, IIFT, JBIMS.

Actually my scenerio is more or less the same , i got 89.45% in 10 , 83% in diploma and 53% in degree but i have lots of marketing and eventmanagement certis and work exp of 2 years ..
Do i stand a chance for top mba or pgdm colleges ?

First you need to understand,don't make yourself judge based on your graduation marks.After all its totally based on CAT percentile and the way you perform in your interview rounnd.You caan reach a great college ,if you will try your hard to achieve it.I know you are going to do really well,what you need is adesire to excel.
Focus on the exam and aim to get above 98/99 percentile.
