my brother got 43 percentile in jee and 88.6 percentage in 10+2 can he get a seat in sastra University

Hello Abhinav,

As you have mentioned that you have secured 86 percent in  board exams and 43 percentile in JEE mains, you wanting to opt for sastra University so let me tell that there is no cut off for sastra University.

A merit list will be prepared by the college authorities on the basis of marks scored in JEE mains and your 12th boards and on the basis of this you will be admitted in the college.

70% weightage is given to JEE mains scores and remaining 30% is given to your 12th boards score.
