Hello.
Congrats on his marks.
With these marks, i am sorry to say that getting a government college could be difficult but yes he can get a private college.
Just look for main private colleges that offer the course he want to persue and go through their admission process and admission criteria. If he fullfills it's admission criteria he could apply for their process and there he goes!
