MCI has clearly stated that, the candidate should complete 17 years of age by 31st December in the year in which he/she appears for NEET-UG entrance examination.

Since you'll be completing 17 years of age by July 2018, you need not worry.

You are eligible for appearing for NEET-UG examination.

Hello Akanksha

Since MCI list down that you should be completing 17 years of age by the last date of the year in which the Neet examination is held for you to be able to be eligible for the counselling

It seems that you are becoming eligible to sit for the examination since you were born before the 1st of January 2002

So all the best and hope you do well in your examination
