My elder brother is pursuing B.A. LLB. Five year combined course. is he eligible to enroll in IAS exam.

Hey Hammad,
As per as of my information any person with a genuine degree is eligible to appear in UPSC or as you said IAS Exam. Basically if you have studied any bachelor's course. Then you must be eligible for UPSC Exam. And as LLB is all about laws and regulations same is with IAS so I assume your brother is eligible For UPSC.
