my father is government worker in bihar and my whole family liveing in bihar i passed my 10th from bihar but i had passed my 12th from Jharkhand.Am i eligible for both states 85 % seat councelling. Am i domecile of jharkhand.

Domicile is where a person born and where his family lives for years.your query is not complete so assuming you are talking about neet exam.neet accepted both the domicile where you live and from where you studied so no need to worry go for counselling you need to produce domicile certificate at the time of admission.
