Cutoffs for ECE branch in MIT goes upto 1201 and 638 in BC category in MIT and PSG respectively ( (according to last year's TNEA cutoffs) ) . So with your rank, you won't be able to secure a seat for ECE branch in MIT/PSG. However, you can get other branches, to check out which colleges you can get with your rank, go to this link:
