you no need to worry dear
see first set a task( like study for 3 hours) for you and after completion of your task reward yourself(like see any movie, use phone, read any novel, chat with friends or whatever you like).
prepare your time table and try to follow it.
hi Alfiya, dont worry, even i felt like this at one point of time. i want you to do this, make many stick notes, write down your motivations and inspirations, why you wanna be a doctor? what inspires you, and your role models, also write those people who degraded you , discouraged you , think about your parents, see all these before you start studying, you will surely get motivated. stay calm cool and confident. ping me if you need any help. good luck
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
For concentration I would like to tell you that you should build up a cause for studying if just just sit for studying without any cause you are damn sure to loss concentration and get involved into social chats an mobile stuffs so while you are going to sit for study remember the cause why I am studying for what will happen if I study.
Dear aspirant,
I can totally relate to your problem. But the sad part is you need to study. So I would like to suggest you to first find out the time of the day when your mind is fresh and you can concentrate well(see, for every person this may vary some like studying in the morning hours but for some it is the night time when their minds can work at its peak). Therefore, try to study difficult topics in this time and keep the somewhat lighter and easier topics aside for some other time.
Hope it helps!
