No, you doesn't have any problem. The best marks are counted. As you get more marks in 2 subject. So, you get percentage according to that one. There is no problem.

Hi. There will not be any problem if your marks in some subject has not increased. Just to sure that you qualify in the entrance test for engineering and do well.

I don't think so ki koi problems hogi job me. They might ask you if they see the gap, else be confident, there won't be problem.
