Dear Student,
There is a good scope after completing your M.Tech degree it's depends on your interest and skill what you prefer.
If you want you can go for a job as there are good possibilities. If you are interested in higher studies you can go for PhD.
You can also become a lecturer after completing your M.Tech programme.
