sir , I have completed 10th + 3 years diploma (UPBTE) and CCC So, can i apply 12th ( Equivalent) form for Example, UP lekhpal, SSC exams etc. sir plz reply

Hello Aspirant,
You will not be considered as 10+2 equal because diploma and 10+2 is two different things.
You will only be eligible to apply for job and posts that will be out for diploma holders.
SSC JE is conducted for offering jobs to diploma holders so you can apply for that.
