sir igot 248 marks in upsee 2018 my gen rank is 24475 and my sc rank is 1310 can i get IET LUCKNOW

Sorry to say but you didn't score good enough to get a seat in IET Lucknow because to get a seat in this college you need to score below 1000 as it is one of the top colleges of uptu. You should try for other college BIET or KNIT. You can also go for private colleges like:
