Hey, you did not tell your category so difficult to determine but even if you belong to reserved category 345 are very less.. One must score 350 or 400+ to get a government medical college if he / she belongs to reserved category and 500+ if belongs to UR.. Hope this helps.. Good luck..

no!! you hav every low chances of getting the MBBS in kerela as the the score is very low as there very ample number of the college in your state where i would like to say try on the colleges under the BDS and BAMs you might get under the state quota, where as for the MBBS you must have the 520+
