Hello,
For neet you have to be extremely well versed with the ncert first. Beside that, you can refer to Trueman's and Comprehensive for biology. You can practice questions from Dinesh publication's book.
For physics, you can refer to Concepts of physics by H.C Verma or Objective physics by DC Pandey. Fundamental Physics by Pradeep is good for concepts.
For physical chemistry, you can refer to Problems in Physical chemistry by Narendra Avasthi for problems and Physical chemistry by OP Tandon for concepts. For Organic, Elementary Problems in Organic Chemistry by MS Chauhan will be a good choice. For inorganic, ncert is the most important, you can also refer to Concise inorganic chemistry by JD Lee.
ABC will also be a good choice for physics and chemistry.
Practicing previous year's questions are very important, and you can refer to Mtg Chapterwise Topicwise book or Arihant's 31 years chapterwise for each subject.
All the best!
