Till when the forms will be out for ba students and which subjects does they offer in morning shift and is morning shift available for ba?

Admission forms will be out soon for Panjab University Chandigarh and
Panjab University does not offers Morning shifts in Graduation.
But there are College which are affiliated to PU Chandigarh and (the value of graduation will be same) they offers Morning shifts for every stream.
