The forms for ba in panjab university will be available from the second week of april april and the application window will be open for one month.
Furthur there is no entrance test for ba in panjab university.PUCET is conducted mainly for bsc and b.pharm courses in ug. For more information refer this site.

But in the its official site its given that forms for ug courses will be out by 01 june
