1.Finance- If you are interested in banking and related aspects.
2.Marketing-If you are interested in Marketing skills.
3.Human resource-human resource management skills..
Salary is according to the type of college your will study.Still the average package will range from 8 lakhs to 15 lakhs p.a.

The answer to your question is not at all definite . The salary package would depend on the B-School you do MBA from . So , the only thing is that you need to find a good college .
